The only report I could find regarding this attack is very scant on details.
A 47 year old man sustained extensive injuries to his chest, presumably from a shark, in Samoa in the week preceding November 29th, 2010. The attack occurred while the man was fishing.
Up to four people were attacked in two separate incidents at the Egyptian Resort Area of Sharm el-Sheikh. One incident happened on Tuesday November 30th. The other incident occurred on Wednesday December 1st.
Reports vary regarding the extent of the the injuries sustained. ABC News reports “The shark ripped limbs off two of the tourists, both women, as they swam close to the beach, and hospitalized a man”. “One woman lost a foot and another had her arm bitten off”.
The victims were treated at Nasser Hospital in Cairo.
Reports indicate an oceanic white tip shark is responsible for the attacks. Reports indicate that the same shark is responsible for all of the attacks but there doesn’t seem to be any evidence to support this assertion.
21 year old diver Pedrito Pinales was apparently attacked by a shark while diving near Las Malenas on Monday November 15th, 2010. The young man was found mutilated by a Navy patrol boat near a beach.
I could not find any other details regarding this incident. It is not clear if this man was attacked before or after he died.

19 year old Elyse Frankcomm was attacked on October 30th, 2010. She was leading a “swim with the dolphins” tour when a suspected great white of about 12 feet came to the surface and bit her leg, hip, and buttocks. A snorkeling tourist, apparently part of her tour group, grabbed the tail of the shark until the shark released her. She then started to sink to the bottom so he grabbed her and got her to the boat.
Ms. Elyse was treated for deep puncture wounds and had to undergo a six hour surgery. It is expected that she will survive.

19 year old Lucas McKaine was attacked and killed by a shark approximately 14 to 20 feet in length. He was boogie boarding with a friend approximately 100 yards from shore off of Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. The shark bit off his leg and he presumably died from blood loss.
The attack occurred before 10 AM.
29 year old surfer David Lowden was attacked by a great white shark while surfing with friends. The attack occurred on September 27th 2010 at about 4:00 PM. While paddling on his board a great white bumped his board from below ejecting him from the board and pitching him forward. He climbed back on his board and headed for the jetty as is seemed closer than the beach. His friends witnessed the attack and estimated the shark to be between 11 and 14 feet in length.
They suspect the shark aborted the attack since there was minimal damage to his surf board. Mr. Lowden did not suffer any physical injury.
An unnamed surfer, apparently a teenager, was attacked by a shark at approximately 2:30 PM on October 1st, 2010. The young surfer suffered three deep lacerations to his foot penetrating to the bone.
Jane Engle was attacked by what is believed to be a lemon shark on October 2nd, 2010. She was surfing with her husband and some friends near Elbow Cay, Abaco. The attack happened at approximately 3 PM. Mrs. Engle suffered bites on her left ankle and knee and was reported to need between 75 and 100 stitches to close the wounds. Mrs. Engle’s age was not disclosed in the reports I read.

27 year old Jason Whitworth was body surfing on September 7th, 2010. While in a breaking wave he felt something bite his left hand. When he emerged from the wave he saw a shark of about 3 feet in length swimming away. He was treated at Flagler Hospital.
15 year old surfer Jake Davies was attacked by a shark at near Fraser’s Reef near lluka in NSW. He was surfing with his father at about 5:00 PM. The shark bit his foot as he paddled on a wave. As the shark turned to attack again he caught a wave and rode it to shore.
He was treated at McLean Hospital.
